Cash on Delivery Policy
If a customer refuses an order without prior consent, the Cash on Delivery function will be suspended. To reactivate this feature, the customer must contact the Customer Center and pay Rs 400 requied to pay in order enable the Cash on Delivery option again.
Affiliate Commission System
Our platform features a 3-level commission-based system designed for eligible customers and affiliates. Customers who belong to this commission structure up to 3 levels are entitled to receive payments in accordance with the terms and conditions of this agreement.
Key details of the commission system:
- Level 1 (Direct Referrals): Commissions earned from direct customer referrals or purchases.
- Level 2 (Indirect Referrals): Commissions earned from referrals made by your direct affiliates.
- Level 3 (Secondary Referrals): Commissions earned from referrals made by your Level 2 affiliates.
Participation in the commission system requires full compliance with these terms and conditions. Commissions will only be paid to verified participants who meet all eligibility criteria, including active account status and adherence to referral guidelines. Blue Dot Network (PVT) Ltd. reserves the right to audit and adjust commissions at its discretion. Payouts are subject to applicable taxes and withholding as per prevailing laws of Sri Lanka.
Any disputes regarding commissions must be reported to the Customer Center within 30 days of the transaction date.
The limitations and prohibitions of liability set in this Section and elsewhere in this disclaimer: (a) are subject to the preceding paragraph; and (b) govern all liabilities arising under the disclaimer, including liabilities arising in contract, in tort and for breach of statutory duty.
As long as the website and the information and services on the website are provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.
