Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the teengirls.lk website and all related services. By browsing our site, registering an account or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions

• "We", "us", "our", "TeenGirls.lk" refers to Blue Dot Solutions (Pvt) Ltd, the operator of the teengirls.lk website.
• "You", "your", "customer" refers to any person accessing our website or using our services.
• "Platform" refers to the teengirls.lk website, mobile applications and related services.
• "Points" refers to the reward balance credited to a customer account under our points system.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to open an account and place an order.
• Customers under 18 may use the platform only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, whose details must be used for registration, payment and delivery.
• You must be resident in Sri Lanka and provide a valid Sri Lankan delivery address, as we deliver island-wide within Sri Lanka only.

3. Account Registration

• Registration requires a valid National Identity Card (NIC) number and telephone number. Both must be genuine and belong to you.
• One account per person. NIC numbers and telephone numbers must each be unique on our platform. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and will be suspended.
• Your NIC and bank details are subject to verification and approval by our administration team. Until both are approved, withdrawals cannot be processed.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information, and update it when it changes. We may suspend or close accounts containing false, incomplete or unverifiable information.

4. Products, Pricing & Availability

• All prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We make every effort to display product colours, sizes and details accurately. Actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, lighting and photography.
• Sizing may vary between styles and manufacturers. Please refer to the size guide on each product page before ordering.
• All products are subject to availability. Where an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and either cancel that item and refund it, or offer a suitable alternative.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information errors, and to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price. Where payment has been taken, the affected amount will be refunded in full.
• We reserve the right to limit order quantities or to refuse any order at our discretion.

5. Orders

• An order placed on the platform constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we confirm the order and payment is verified.
• You will receive an order confirmation, followed by a dispatch notification once your parcel is handed to our delivery partner.
• Orders may be cancelled from My Orders at any time before dispatch, at no charge. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled and must be handled under our Return & Exchange Policy.
• We may cancel an order where payment cannot be verified, where the delivery address is invalid or unreachable, where stock is unavailable, or where we suspect fraud or abuse of a promotion.

6. Payment

TeenGirls.lk accepts three payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD) — the full order value plus the applicable delivery charge is payable in cash to the delivery rider. Parcels are not released without full payment. COD availability is confirmed at checkout and may be restricted for certain orders or locations.
• Card — Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards, processed through our secure, bank-approved payment gateway. We do not store your card details.
• Points — your TeenGirls.lk reward balance, subject to Section 8.

Orders are processed only once payment has been confirmed or, in the case of COD, once the order has been accepted for dispatch.

7. Promotions, Coupons & Special Sales

• Promotions on TeenGirls.lk may include Free Shipping campaigns, Flash Sales, Surprise Box, Bidding and seasonal or festive offers.
• Each promotion is governed by its own terms, qualifying criteria and validity period, published together with that promotion.
• Coupon codes do not apply to promotional items.
• Points cannot be used to purchase promotional items — points apply to normal products only.
• Promotions cannot be combined with one another unless expressly stated.
• Bidding items are sold through a competitive bidding process. A winning bid is binding and, once confirmed, may not be cancellable.
• Surprise Box contents are undisclosed by design and are not returnable or exchangeable except where the item received is damaged or defective.
• We reserve the right to introduce, amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Orders already confirmed under a valid promotion will be honoured.
• Any attempt to manipulate a promotion — including through duplicate accounts, false information or automated tools — will result in cancellation of the affected orders and may lead to account suspension.

8. Points & Withdrawals

• Points are credited to your account under our reward and refund programmes, including as the refund method for approved returns.
• Points may be redeemed towards normal products only, and not towards promotional items.
• Points are personal and non-transferable, hold no cash value, and cannot be sold, gifted or exchanged for cash except through an approved withdrawal.
• Withdrawal of a balance requires that both your NIC and your bank details have been verified and approved by our administration team. Withdrawals cannot be processed until this is complete.
• Bank details submitted for withdrawal must be in the name of the registered account holder. Third-party bank accounts are not accepted.
• We reserve the right to withhold, adjust or cancel points that were credited in error, obtained fraudulently, or connected to cancelled or reversed orders.

9. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery charges, timelines and coverage are set out in full in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary:

• The standard delivery charge is Rs. 250.00 for parcels up to 1 kg; parcels of 1 kg and above are subject to an additional weight-based charge, calculated at checkout.
• Free shipping is offered only as a promotion and is not a standing rate.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

10. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary:

• Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery, and follow an eight-step tracked process.
• Steps 1 to 4 are completed by the customer; from Step 5 onwards the TeenGirls.lk team completes the process.
• Step 7 is a manual inspection by our team and may result in disapproval where the product is damaged, unrelated to the request, or otherwise ineligible.
• Approved returns are refunded as points, released at Step 8.
• A rejection charge of LKR 500.00 applies where a customer refuses a parcel from the courier at the point of delivery, other than where the outer packaging is visibly damaged or tampered with.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose
• Create duplicate or false accounts, or register using another person's NIC or telephone number
• Interfere with, disrupt, probe or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Use bots, scrapers or automated tools to access, copy or monitor the platform
• Post abusive, defamatory, obscene, misleading or infringing content in reviews, tickets or other submissions
• Resell products purchased from the platform in a manner that breaches these terms

We may suspend or terminate any account that breaches these terms, and may cancel any related orders and forfeit any associated points.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on teengirls.lk — including the TeenGirls.lk name and logo, product photography, graphics, text, layout and software — is owned by or licensed to TeenGirls.lk and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute or use any of this content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

Any content you submit to the platform, including reviews and product photographs, remains yours; however, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display and reproduce it in connection with our services.

13. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described there.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Sri Lankan law:

• The platform and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure at all times.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of profit, opportunity or data.
• Our total liability in respect of any order shall not exceed the value paid by you for that order.
• We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including adverse weather, floods, transport strikes, curfews, public holidays, courier delays, power outages or network failures.

Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TeenGirls.lk, its officers and employees against any claim, loss, liability or expense arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the platform.

16. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, without prior notice, where we reasonably believe you have breached these terms, provided false information, engaged in fraud or promotion abuse, or repeatedly refused delivered parcels. On termination, any pending orders may be cancelled and any points balance may be forfeited, subject to applicable law.

17. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.

We encourage you to contact our customer support team first, so that we can resolve any concern directly and promptly.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised version takes effect from the date it is published on teengirls.lk. The terms in force at the time your order is confirmed apply to that order. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
